      "text": "If this is helpful for someone else - we were able to plasma cut these from 10 gauge steel, there really weren't any issues with the corners not fitting or anything despite the lower precision.  Took a tiny bit of filing on the alignment guides at the corners.  It took us 18 ounces of PLA scrap to fill the mould to the brim.  We polished/ground the faces of all the components prior to assembly which removed a ton of the work from polishing the internal cavity afterwards.  I TIG welded them which further reduced the need for grinding/post welding cleanup.",
